Rami Sadek has lived in South Bend since 1997. Born and raised in Kuwait from origins in Egypt, Mr. Sadek brings a unique perspective about community development and potential. As a founder of LangLab since 2009, he has been central to the resurgence of the arts and business community in South Bend. He is also a founder of Vested Interest, which is focused on developing the Sample Street corridor near downtown South Bend. Stephanie is a core founder of LangLab, and has served as general manager and operational lead since 2012. Ms. Rizk also has nearly 2 decades of experience working with the Federal government as an expert facilitator, specializing in complex policy and strategy development. She has facilitated both in-person and virtual strategy sessions with experts across the country, while also running the important behind-the-scenes operations at LangLab.

Kahlil is a founder of LangLab and a longstanding member of the music scene in South Bend. He was an original member of Umphrey's McGee, and has played in various acts such as Octaghandi, Squirm Orchestra and Infinite Buffalo. Mr. Smylie is LangLab's sound engineer extraordinaire, and is the architect of LangLab's unique look and feel.

Nathan is a founder at LangLab South Bend and a graduate of the Cranbrook Academy of Art in Detroit. He specializes in painting, screen-printing, and non-traditional art forms.
