7/29 and 7/30 - Ultreia, Inc. and TheatreLanglab present: The Citizen Project

Ultreia, Inc. and TheatreLanglab are working on THE CITIZEN PROJECT, a theatrical exploration of what it means to be a citizen - belonging to a city. We interviewed people to ask how they are defined by the city they live in, but also how they contribute to that definition. In what ways can the least visible residents claim a space? How can they shape their hometown or influence its composition, its reputation, and its development? This show will consider how a city becomes what it is, and how we can imagine what it could be. Only three performances! Come imagine with us at Langlab on July 29 (8 pm) & 30 (2 pm and 8 pm).
